Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks a Sales and Management Intern to support guest service, merchandising, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management.

Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and willingness to perform a range of duties from cashiering to visual displays, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising and store operations as directed by management.
• Support recruiting, training and development of teammates.
• Manage visual merchandising and product presentation to maximize sales.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, POS, and security practices.
