Job summary

Buckle offers a Sales and Management Intern role designed to immerse you in every facet of our retail business. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, gaining hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while helping deliver Buckle’s exceptional guest experience.

The internship emphasizes leadership development, performance tracking, and collaborative teamwork. You’ll contribute to merchandising, guest service, and store-wide initiatives in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Open and close cash registers, handle basic POS procedures and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Support recruiting, training and development efforts and participate in internship duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and build guest relationships to develop a client base.
