The Buckle internship program offers a Sales and Management Intern role to support daily store operations, guest service, and merchandising. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in a management capacity.

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have a passion for legendary customer service. No prior experience is required, with hands-on projects and feedback through the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study; no prior experience or training necessary.
• Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle
• No visa sponsorship is available

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions and locate merchandise.
• Support cashiering, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Learn Buckle policies, exchanges and loyalty programs.
