Buckle is offering a Sales and Management Intern position aimed at delivering the best possible shopping experience to Guests. You will participate in sales, merchandising and store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Willing to perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned by store management.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service across the Front, floor, fitting rooms and register.
