• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting belonging.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback; communicate objectives.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues; implement action plans to improve process and results.
