Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; communicating expectations; promoting belonging.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and meeting customer and business needs.
• Leads and develops teams by training and active listening; tours stores and provides feedback; communicates store operations and company direction.
• Models customer service standards and OBW service, resolves customer issues, and drives continuous process improvements.
