Qualifications

• Firearms CBC and/or state training may be required for certain facilities.
• Associates must complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing activities and oversee related assignments by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and duties for associates; recognize performance and promote belonging.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and uphold integrity and ethics across business processes.
