Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan daily goals to maximize sales and loyalty.
• People: train and develop teams and recruit when needed.
• Operations: ensure processes, Omni-channel fulfillment, inventory and payroll scheduling.
