Buckle at West Acres Shopping Center in Fargo, ND is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, merchandising, guest service and day-to-day store operations.

Ideal candidates have a strong guest focus, teamwork and leadership potential, with flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends. Training is provided to develop product knowledge, showmanship and loss-prevention practices to ensure a best-in-class shopping
