Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, leadership, and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and lead daily operations.

The role focuses on providing legendary service, managing merchandising, and supporting the store team through coaching and store-wide initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Bozeman, MT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily store tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management and product displays.
• Support store leadership in training Teammates and executing Loss Prevention guidelines.

Education

High school diploma or GED / equivalent
