Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
