Responsibilities

• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service to ensure customers feel welcome, heard and valued; empowers the team to drive sales and metrics using KPIs.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience by using technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and engage clientele.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through connections, personalized service and styling.
• Supports the Store Manager in curating events and experiences reflecting local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of the CEM program to foster service and sales culture.
• Drives styling by empowering team members to cultivate relationships, generate new business, and mentor associates.
• Supports onboarding external talent to diversify the team and retain internal growth.
• Uses brand resources to champion employee development and program initiatives.
