Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; strong math and cash handling skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers and support Goodwill's mission.
• Train and mentor retail staff; help Manager/Assistant Manager plan, assign, and direct work.
• Ensure cash accountability and secure store assets; reconcile daily sales.
• Supervise sales floor, processing area, and donation center; handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Open/close store, prepare daily reports, and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Maintain merchandise displays, stock shelves, and support loss prevention.
