Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to assist customers, accept donations, stock the floor, and operate the cash register. The role offers $13/hour with a guaranteed 38 hours per week, plus opportunities for learning, cross-training, and advancement within the organization.

You will maintain a neat sales floor, assist with displays, and ensure accurate cash handling while delivering excellent service to the Rio Rancho community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year retail experience or equivalent preferred.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and operate cash register to complete purchases.
• Accept and process donations; sort and price items.
• Maintain organized and clean sales floor and displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
