The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is hiring for a part-time Sales Lead at our Glendale Store to enhance customer service, promote a positive shopping/donor experience, and support the Adult Rehabilitation Program. This role offers opportunities to develop retail and leadership skills in a community-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsabilidades

• Take an active role with the Store Manager in daily store operations (opening/closing, POS, inventory, donations).
• Assume day-to-day operations in the absence of Store/Assistant Manager; discuss concerns with District Sales Manager.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive store sales and profitability per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage; lead team meetings; coach and develop store employees; handle Time and Attendance.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain good community relations; develop service improvements.
• Support Back Room Processing to meet daily processing goals.
• Supervise, support, and report on program beneficiaries when Work Therapy is implemented.
• Protect store currency and inventory; manage bank deposits, security of assets and building security.
• Ensure building safety and compliance with ARC policy and regulations; conduct weekly meetings.
• May transfer to other stores based on business needs.
• Complete tasks assigned by District Sales Manager and Command Retail Directors.
