Job summary

The Salvation Army Tucson is seeking a part-time Sales Lead for the Glendale Thrift Store. This role involves supporting daily store operations and enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to our Adult Rehabilitation Program.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist the Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service.
