• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move stock on the floor.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the store.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance; recruit, interview, and train team members as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and uphold store standards across the organization.
