• Lead the team and store operations to ensure readiness and efficiency.
• Use Apple product and services expertise to engage customers and drive sales.
• Communicate sales strategy and priorities with leadership and the team in a timely manner.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and overrides as needed.
• Support customers and team members across the store and provide excellent service.
