Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate daily store operations, train cashiers and utility workers, and ensure top-notch guest service. You will assign tasks, supervise the team, and act as a role model in maintaining a professional, enthusiastic environment even in the absence of management.

Responsibilities include leading pre-shift briefings, managing cash and sales data, and assisting with scheduling and payroll coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for reports and audits.
• Able to work with alcohol-related compliance where required.
• Flexible with a rotational schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to outline tasks and daily priorities.
• Be a concierge resource, knowledgeable about local area for guests.
• Greet every guest as they enter the store.
• Train staff to deliver customer-focused service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain stock, and note shortages or out-of-stock items.
• Assist with ordering merchandise from warehouses and vendors.
• Possibly complete monthly safety inspections and incident reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.
