Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and assist with audits.
• Legal age to work with alcohol where applicable.
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to operate POS and related store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily tasks to the team.
• Be a concierge resource and greet guests as they enter the store.
• Train staff to deliver excellent customer service and manage issues professionally.
• Balance cash and close out nightly with the day's sales data.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll for department staff.
