ARS-Rescue Rooter in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking Retail Lead Generation Specialists to engage shoppers in a store setting, qualify leads, and schedule in-home HVAC/plumbing service appointments. No HVAC experience required, but outbound, friendly communication is essential.

Role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, and paid training. Opportunity to advance within HVAC sales while representing a national home-improvement brand.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

• Attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
