Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store sales representatives to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. You will engage shoppers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.

This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into HVAC sales advisor roles. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment and acting as a product consultant.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups.
• Note: not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser role.
