ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start conversations, and educate them on HVAC and plumbing solutions while generating leads and scheduling in-home visits.

No HVAC experience is required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus. Weekly pay, paid training, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules are offered, with benefits after a eligibility period.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
