Coolray Heating and Cooling Tennessee is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to engage customers in-store, promote products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You will drive conversations, collect information, and help schedule home visits for estimates.

The role supports both part-time and full-time hires, includes paid training and a benefits package with health, vision, dental, and a 401K with company match up to 30%. Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for extended periods (4–8 hours).
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone for emails and texts.
• Willingness to learn about HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person at the store display to introduce products and services.
• Walk stores and engage customers in conversations about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits while gathering customer information.
• Schedule an appointment for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
