Job summary

Coolray Heating and Cooling Tennessee is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to engage customers, promote products and services, and enhance the customer experience in our Nashville stores. The role offers part-time or full-time options, with earnings starting at $18 per hour plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be trained to provide excellent customer service, gather home service information, and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
• Proficiency with smartphones for emails and texts.
• Willing to learn about HVAC/products offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person at the display to discuss products and services.
• Walk through stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather customer information.
• Schedule an appointment for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with the store's leadership team.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
