Job summary

Coolray is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to engage customers in-store, promote our products and services, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. You will walk through stores, discuss home service needs, and explain product benefits while gathering customer information.

This role offers part-time or full-time options, paid training, and a benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO and holiday pay, and a 401K with company match up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and engage them at the display to learn about products and services.
• Walk stores and discuss customers' home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information about customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and attend meetings and training.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

What Will I Do?

• Greet customers in person, approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
• Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and training
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Do I have What it Takes?

• Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not necessary.
• Ability to stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone for emails and texts.
• While HVAC or Water Treatment experience is not required, willingness to learn about the products and services offered by the company would be advantageous.
