Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations, introducing customers to home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

Starting pay is $22–$23 per hour with commission; typical earnings range $25–$35 per hour with incentives. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with paid training and weekends.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned retail location.
• Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.
• Professional appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.
