ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Issaquah, WA. The role focuses on introducing homeowners to ARS services as they shop, with conversations about home comfort and energy efficiency.

Starting conversations about heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, you will help customers schedule a free in-home consultation and book appointments for ARS specialists. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned retail location.
• Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.
• Professional appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.
