ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage shoppers inside major home improvement retailers. You will introduce customers to home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades, guiding them toward a free in-home consultation and scheduling appointments for ARS specialists.

We offer weekly pay, commission opportunities, paid training, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time roles. Growth into Comfort Advisor roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.

We’re hiring outgoing Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.
