Job summary

American Residential Services is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to represent ARS inside major home improvement stores, introducing customers to home comfort solutions and comfort upgrades.

Starting conversations about energy efficiency and indoor air quality, you’ll help shoppers learn about heating and cooling improvements, and schedule free in-home consultations while delivering a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned retail location.
• Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.

Pay: $22 - $23 per hour + commission
Typical Earnings: $25– $35 per hour with incentives
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday Weekends required
