Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and home games
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand/walk/move for shifts and lift up to 25 pounds
• Professional appearance and represent Fanatics positively

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping experience
• Make recommendations based on conversations with fans
• Process sales transactions using Fanatics POS
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results
• Support in pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations as needed
