Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the Minnesota Vikings Mall of America Team Store in Minneapolis, MN. This role drives sales and fan experience through bold leadership, data-driven decisions, and hands-on coaching of store staff.

The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, home games, and events. You will work with inventory, POS, and other retail systems to optimize operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations and maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
