Job summary

Fanatics Commerce in Minneapolis invites energetic Retail Associates to support the Minnesota Wild Team Store. You will greet fans, make product recommendations, and help deliver a top-notch shopping experience on game days and events, while upholding Fanatics brand standards.

You will process sales at the POS, maintain floor and stockroom organization, collaborate with teammates, and represent Fanatics with professionalism in a fast-paced, high-energy environment near the team shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move, with ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are positively represented.
• Collaborate with management on additional responsibilities as directed.
