Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Las Vegas to guide a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, ensure compliance, manage opening/closing duties, and drive sales through consultative selling.

Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, regulated retail environment. You will work on a full-time schedule at our Las Vegas location, earning $17.50–$19.25 per hour plus tips, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in store operations and cash reconciliation.
• Store-level leadership experience within a regulated retail setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build customer relationships through personalized product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive on-floor consultative selling and upsell opportunities.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture insights to improve experiences.
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and participate in counts and audits.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and state regulations.
