Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Understanding of planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math operations including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock, rotate displays, and set up merchandise displays.
• Clean store, take out trash, mop floors, and maintain restroom and stockroom.
• Assist in implementing planograms and merchandising layouts.
• Open and close the store under guidance of Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
