Job summary

Pull-A-Part of Columbia LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers, guide them to parts, and process transactions on-site. You will explain promotions and ensure a smooth shopping experience in both the store and yard areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.).
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You\'ll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.
