Archipelago Companies seeks an OluKai Retail Lead in Wailea, Hawaii. You will welcome guests, deliver a premium brand experience, and serve as the first point of contact while upholding store standards.

Open to full-time, 32+ hours per week, with opportunities to lead, coach staff, manage duties, and participate in events. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, product samples, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Must be available for at least three shifts per week (4–8 hours each).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ethic with time management and organization.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store to standard; manage store keys and security.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and uphold company policies.
• Back-of-house duties including receiving, processing product, and restocking.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and communicate product stories and brand partnerships.
