Job summary

OluKai is seeking a Retail Associate (Huaka’i) to provide an exceptional brand experience in Naples, Florida. You will welcome guests, engage with customers, and help meet their needs through excellent service. This role requires a genuine, outgoing team member with a focus on quality products and a passion for retail.

The position offers a flexible schedule, a competitive bonus program, and various employee discounts on Archipelago brands, along with health benefits for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Must be available for a minimum of three (4-8hrs) shifts a week.
• Must be available for holidays and weekends as necessary.
• Must be 17yrs or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management skills.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30lbs.
