Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or food service.
• Commercial cooking and recipe development experience desirable.
• Food handling procedures knowledge; food safety certification preferred.
• Experience with email and MS Office software; familiarity with Jolt/Parsley/Paycom a plus.
• Flexible schedule; some early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts expected.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Kitchen (RK) operations including hot bar, cold bar, and merchandising.
• Coach and support staff to maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, productivity, and safety.
• Coordinate shift coverage and work shifts as needed.
• Maintain shift workflows and checklists for timely daily tasks.
• Ensure team members are trained across Retail Kitchen areas.
• Oversee production planning and inventory, food preparation, and presentation.
• Maintain recipes and production records for efficiency and decision-making.
• Ensure kitchen, storage, and retail areas are stocked, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate with Food Service leadership to coordinate plans and support teamwork.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production Kitchen, Bakery, and other departments to maintain supplies.
• Collaborate on new recipes and process improvements; monitor sales and margins to minimize waste.
