Job summary

Community Food Co-op in Bozeman, MT is seeking a full-time Assistant Front End Manager to help run the Front End and Grocery Department, focus on exceptional customer experiences, and promote safe, positive, and productive operations.

Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday with a mix of day and evening hours. Starting wage is $25-$27 per hour, DOE, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the store's leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and managing staff in a retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Proficiency with email and MS Office for communication and task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide motivation, direction, and feedback to staff to ensure standards for service, product quality, and productivity are met.
• Act as a main point of contact for Front End coverage during off days and emergencies.
• Be familiar with training on all shifts for the CDT front end and assist with training plans.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of CDT departments to assist in absence of other managers.
• Schedule one-on-one meetings with staff as necessary.
