Bozeman Community Food Co-op is hiring a Downtown Front End Assistant Manager on a full-time basis. Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, mixing day and evening hours to support a high-quality customer experience.

The role focuses on assisting with Front End and Grocery Dept. operations, staff development, training, and ensuring compliance with food safety and store policies. Starting wage is $25-$27 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff or departments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Department Manager with staff management, direction, and feedback to meet service, product quality, and productivity standards.
• Cashiering duties, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining security and accuracy of cash.
• Merchandising, stocking, receiving, and maintaining floor stock levels, tags, and inventory records.
• Oversee cleaning tasks and upkeep of shelves, coolers, and dining area equipment; assist with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with CDT Front End Manager and other managers to plan and meet sales goals; ensure staff are trained and knowledgeable about products.
