Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a Key Holder in Las Vegas to lead by example, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will perform opening/closing procedures and act as manager on duty when needed, while guiding a team on the sales floor and in operations.

The role emphasizes energetic leadership, collaboration, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, with a focus on maintaining store standards and accurate POS operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail setting is required.
• Open availability on weekends is required.
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Able to work up to 3 shifts per week.
• Able to work during Vacation Blackout Policy dates.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams and work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple operational business functions.

Responsibilities

• Set an example of enthusiasm, knowledge, and PAIGE brand image.
• Help implement plans to meet/exceed sales targets as directed by store management.
• Reinforce superior customer service as a top priority for all employees.
• Maintain a professional, motivated, positive, friendly, and productive store environment.
• Delegate tasks and hold employees accountable for productivity goals.
• Ensure daily opening/closing store procedures are completed accurately.
• Maintain store appearance, standards, and adherence to HQ visuals direction.
• Be capable of handling POS transactions if needed during hardware outages.
• Maintain a stocked and replenished sales floor.
• Participate in scheduled inventory tasks and store-wide counts.
