Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a Key Holder in New York who will perform opening and closing procedures and act as manager on duty in the absence of a store manager. The role focuses on leadership, sales targets, and exceptional customer service to uphold PAIGE standards.

The position requires retail experience, weekend availability, and the ability to work at least 32 hours weekly, with up to five shifts. You will mentor teams, ensure store visuals, and be proficient with the POS system to cover transactions

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail setting.
• Open availability on weekends.
• Availability to work at least 32 hours a week.
• Willingness to work up to 5 shifts per week.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Setting an example of enthusiasm and product knowledge for PAIGE.
• Ensure plans to meet/exceed sales targets as communicated by management.
• Maintain superior customer service as a top priority.
• Keep a professional, positive and productive store environment.
• Delegate tasks and hold staff accountable for productivity.
• Open/close procedures performed accurately each day.
• Maintain store appearance and adherence to HQ visuals.
• Be proficient with POS system and handle transactions if needed.
• Maintain replenished, fully stocked sales floor.
• Participate in inventory tasks and counts.
