Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a Key Holder to lead store operations and act as manager on duty when needed. You will open/close the store, uphold PAIGE standards, and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, weekend availability, and can work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The role offers $23-$26 per hour plus benefits including clothing allowances, employee discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience or more.
• Open availability on weekends is required.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Able to handle up to 5 shifts per week.
• Must be able to comply with Vacation Blackout Policy dates.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate teams and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple operational functions.
