Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Keyholder at The Galleria in Houston, TX. You will support Store Leadership to build an inclusive, high-energy team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our first IRL locations.

You’ll partner with the Store Leader to uphold brand values, coach sales advisors, and ensure standards in visuals, product knowledge, and customer service as the store grows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in high-volume retail is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
• Comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep an inclusive store culture aligned with brand values and customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey enhanced by visuals and technology.
• Drive KPI targets and budgets by fostering a culture of ownership.
• Address opportunities and risks with urgency alongside cross-functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIPs with a focus on body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Provide training and feedback to store team on service model and standards.
• Collaborate to inspire sales advisors to meet performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards using VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge and store operations.
• Pursue personal performance targets and growth.
