Job summary

Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Keyholder at Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA. You will support Store Leadership, foster an inclusive, high-energy team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in one of our first IRL locations.

As a leader, you will help maintain brand standards, coach the sales team, manage visuals, and strive to meet KPIs. The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture as a reflection of our values and brand ethos.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey supported by visuals and technology.
• Drive KPI targets, budgets, and performance through ownership.
• Address opportunities and risks with urgency in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIP members with a focus on body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Provide training and feedback to store team on our customer service model and standards.
• Inspire sales advisors to meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guides and floorsets.
