Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Keyholder for The Galleria location in Houston, TX. You will support Store Leadership in building an inclusive, high-energy team and delivering the Savage x Fenty customer experience.

In this role you will drive KPI targets with a focus on body positivity and product knowledge, provide training to the team, maintain VM standards, and ensure exceptional service across all store operations. Flexible scheduling is expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and multiple initiatives.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using technology in daily tasks.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Self-directed with ownership mindset.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture reflective of our values and brand ethos.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey supported by visuals and technology.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of accountability.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIPs with body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Provide training and immediate feedback to store team on customer service model and standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to inspire sales advisors to meet targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge and operational compliance.
• Maintain and achieve personal performance targets.
