• Retail experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inclusive store culture reflecting brand values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey with strong visuals and technology.
• Drive KPI targets, budgets, and performance by fostering ownership.
• Address business opportunities and risks with urgency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage guests and VIPs with a body-positive, knowledgeable, authentic experience.
• Provide training and feedback to the store team on customer service and standards.
• Inspire sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge, compliance, and internal communications.
• Maintain and achieve personal performance targets.
