Savage Retail is seeking a Store Manager for our The Galleria location in Houston, TX. You will lead a fearless, inclusive team, drive store performance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while upholding Savage x Fenty values.

As part of the leadership group, you will own day-to-day operations, mentor staff, optimize visuals, and partner with the Senior Store Manager to hit KPIs. This role requires managing schedules, budgets, and guest service in a fast-paced, fashion-forward

Responsibilities

• Own store performance by driving KPI targets, budgets, and customer experience improvements.
• Deliver a dynamic customer journey with strong visuals and technology, led by an engaged staff.
• Partner with Senior Store Manager to plan for financial results and business growth.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop store employees aligned with brand philosophy.
• Maintain store operations, safety, and policy standards while ensuring clean, organized spaces.
• Lead omni-channel customer service for VIPs and guests; uphold merchandising standards.
