Job summary

Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Part-Time Keyholder for Glendale Galleria to support Store Leadership and maintain an inclusive, high-energy team that delivers the Savage x Fenty experience in-store. You will work with the Store Leader to uphold our values and culture as we establish our first IRL locations.

You will partner with the Store Leader to champion customer service, product knowledge and VM standards while driving KPI targets and creating a confident, empowering environment

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep an inclusive store culture reflecting our values and brand ethos; engage a team of sales advisors and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey and elevate visuals and technology.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets and objectives by driving ownership and accountability at the team level.
• Address business opportunities, risks and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset with Store Leader collaboration.
• Engage guests and VIPs with body positivity, product knowledge and authenticity.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on our service model and standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to inspire the team to hit targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge and operational compliance.
• Maintain and achieve personal performance targets.
